Servicestatus explained
A vehicle can have different servicestatusses. They are explained below. Please not the unservicable status cannot be removed by our customer service team, regardless if you bought it used. We advise you to always check here before buying.
SERVICABLE: This vehicle can get all services provided by us.
WARRANTY_ONLY: This vehicle can ONLY get warranty issues fixed. No service.
LEGACY: We will give this vehicle any service we can, however the parts are not readily available anymore.
UNSERVICABLE_ILLEGAL: this vehicle has violated our workshop or store policies, and cannot get serviced in any way.
UNSERVICABLE_TECHNICAL: this vehicle has severe technical damage or aftermarket drivetraincomponents, and cannot get serviced in any way.
UNSERVICABLE_OTHER: this vehicle cannot get service for an other reason. You can contact our service team for more information, however the status cannot be removed.
